"Since I received Alive I have listened to it many times, and it's delightfully calming while I sit and read something that's important to me. I listen to it, when I need to find inner peace. I ordered it because I intuitively felt that this was something for me. And because it has to do with creativity, which is something I'd like to develop. I haven't used it for meditation or deep relaxation yet, which I sometimes do with this kind of music. It's really nice to listen to. When I think about it also makes me feel safe.
I used to play relaxation music for different specific purposes, but now I just use it in whichever way it feels good, and also when I give massage and healing".
